Delivery options are selected at checkout when placing your order. All orders are shipped via courier on a tracked service.

General

  1.  “We can only process orders for delivery within countries where we are authorized to sell our products.”
  2. “Orders are prepared and shipped from our facility in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
  3. “Please note that mywhitefield.com is fully compliant with the law of the United Arab Emirates and will not engage in any business transactions or provide services/products to countries under sanctions.”
  4. “Once the products are delivered to the specified address, the risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer. It also acknowledges that delays or prevention of supply beyond the our control may occur, and while efforts will be made to keep the customer informed, the supplier will not be liable for such delays or failures.”
  5. “Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.”

Delivery Charges Within UAE  :

  • Free on orders above AED 190
  • AED 15 for all orders below 180

Outside UAE Shipping Costs & Time :

Shipping charges and timescales vary depending on the type of Products ordered, the service you select and the delivery address. 

Payment Options :

Cash on Delivery is only available in the UAE; Other countries are required to pay either via a credit or a debit card. Orders are processed and shipped 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday ), except UAE Public Holidays.

International Duties and Taxes (Paid):

  • International orders are exclusive of duty and custom charges. Depending the custom rules import duties could be charged or not.
  • As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email that contains all details regarding your shipment including shipping method and tracking number.

Returns

For hygienic reasons, Whitefield does not offer exchanges or refunds for undergarments. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours by sending an email to customercare@mywhitefield.com, mentioning your order number and the items you wish to return. We will arrange for the collection of the item(s) you want to return, with additional charges that may apply, and bring them back to our warehouse for inspection. Any subsequent returns related to the same order will need to be shipped to us by you.
